Closures

We are closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Eve (close at 3:00)

  • New Year's Day

  • Good Friday

  • Memorial Day

  • Fourth of July.

  • Labor Day

  • TPHCCA Continued Education (Thursday & Friday of the 2nd week of September)

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Day after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve (close at 3)

  • Christmas Day


These holidays will be paid by the client. In addition, I will take two weeks vacation per year with my time not being paid.  Child care fees are due the rest of the year.

Billing/Include in Cost

  • Tuition is due on the first Monday of  each week regardless of any holidays or vacations.  (Tuition payments can be paid bi-weekly or monthly.)

  • Regular tuition includes: Full-time care, food (Breakfast, lunch and snack), excludes bottles and formula.
